Sound Studio Technician

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Sound Studio Technician to oversee the
setup, operation, and maintenance of audio equipment in our studio. This role is focused
entirely on the technical side of sound production, ensuring that all systems function
smoothly and efficiently.

Job Description:

• Set up and test microphones, audio interfaces, mixers, headphones, speakers, and
  other audio hardware before sessions.
• Handle all audio wiring and cabling needs, including troubleshooting and
  organization.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of studio equipment to ensure optimal
  performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly during or outside of recording
  sessions.
• Manage equipment inventory and ensure all gear is stored properly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized studio workspaces.
• Learn new systems and audio equipment as required.
• Liaise with equipment vendors or service technicians for repairs or upgrades.
• Keep technical documentation up to date, including wiring diagrams and equipment
  manuals.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
• Basic understanding of audio signal flow and sound equipment (training will be
  provided).
• Strong interest in technical systems and willingness to learn.
• Fast learner, flexible, and a strong team player.
• Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions.
• Good Communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Physically able to move and set up equipment as needed and be able to work under
  pressure.
