Project Coordinator

A Project Coordinator is a person in charge of managing our company’s work and deliverables with one, or more clients. He or she may be in charge of keeping track of project status, be assigned tasks, and overall be the main point of contact between the client and the company’s various departments responsible for delivering the work.

Job Description:

  • Understanding client’s needs and determining how our business/services can meet those needs
  • Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets, and timelines
  • Meeting with other executives to discuss clients’ project goals, progress and outcomes, developping budgets and timelines
  • Oversee a team to ensure the company’s services are delivered on time, on budget, and up to client’s standards.
  • Provide support in communication between departments or with clients
  • Handle complaints and negotiations with clients or internal teams
  • Inform Finance when quotes are approved, projects are completed and ready for billing
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Khmer & English
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Computer skills, especially MS Office, Project Management Tools such as Trello is a plus
